Leverage the 5W1H method (modification of 6W1H) (What, When, Where, Why, Which Trend and How big) to gather comprehensive information and use the 5 Whys tool to uncover the root causes of conflict.
  • Acknowledge the Conflict Style: Recognize and assess the initial conflict style—competitive, avoiding, accommodating, compromising, or collaborating. Understanding these styles allows you to adopt the most effective strategy for resolution.
