1. How to evaluate Team Reediness: utilize the 5W1H framework and conduct a SWOT analysis collaboratively in Miro to assess your team’s current state.

2. Articulate Benefits and Set Clear Expectations will learn how to effectively communicate the advantages and set clear expectations to engage stakeholders and gain their support.

3. Empower Team Members. What should be done to foster a sense of ownership by involving and empowering your team throughout the process.

4. Identify and Mitigate Risks. Will conduct a risk analysis collaboratively in Miro using a Risk Matrix to address potential barriers and challenges proactively.

5. Track Progress and Celebrate Achievements. How to establish transparent metrics to measure success and recognize accomplishments to maintain motivation and acknowledge the team’s efforts.
